Massachusetts needs the Family First Committee

The Fourth Commandment states: “Honor your father and your mother.”

In case you haven’t heard, last August Governor Maura Healey signed “historic” legislation which radically modified family law in Massachusetts and reaffirmed this state government as one of the worst offenders in the campaign to destroy the family. Below is a link to an article which analyzes some details of this bizarre and diabolical law, but perhaps all you need to know is that the bill modifies family laws by eliminating the word “mother” and replacing it with “person who gave birth to the child” and also replacing the word “father” with “other parent.”

The Family First Committee of Catholic Quest has formed to defend Catholic teaching on family and sexuality and to protect children from harm by the widespread promotion of Transgenderism and Pride Ideology. We are affiliated with Catholic Quest, a Catholic lay organization which has worked for many years to spread the Faith in Massachusetts and beyond.

Here is a link to our petition to Archbishop Henning and others, which is our current effort (with more to come) in the Boston Archdiocese.  Help us if you can to bring this petition to your parish or other Catholic organization. Please print the petition, collect signatures and mail it in to the address on the bottom.
